Introduction
Our platform allows you to add customized questions and incorporate them into your assessments. This guide walks you through the process of importing custom questions using a CSV file.
Getting Started
To begin, navigate to the Private Questions tab and click on the Add Question button. This action will take you to the question creation page.
Importing Questions
1. Prepare a CSV
Each row in the CSV file represents a question. The required columns are as follows:
- Column 1: Question body
- shows the content of the question.
- Columns 2-7: Six possible answers
- If there are fewer answers, leave the relevant columns empty.
- For open-ended questions, leave all answer columns and the correct answer column empty.
- Correct 8: correct answer
- Specify the letter(s) of the correct answer(s) (A-F).
- For multiple correct answers, list them together without spaces (e.g., "AB" if A and B are correct).
- Column 9: Topic Name
- Enter the topic name. This field is case-sensitive and recognizes white spaces.
- Column 10: Difficulty
- Enter a number representing the difficulty level:
- 2: Junior level
- 3: Senior level
- 4: Expert level
- Enter a number representing the difficulty level:
- Column 11: is AI Scored
- For open-ended questions, enter "true" if the question should be analyzed and scored using AI.
Upload the CSV File:
Once the CSV is ready, select the file and click the Import button.
Confirmation
If the process is successful, you will see the number of questions successfully imported.
Reviewing Imported Questions
You can view and edit the imported questions by:
- Selecting the relevant topic under Filter by Topic.
- Clicking on the desired question for review or updates.
